Who we are:

Autonomy & the Urban Mobility Company started out 5 years ago as an annual tradeshow and conference on sustainable urban mobility, and has since grown into a world leader in sustainable mobility-based events and content. Located in Paris, we are made up of a small, passionate, and international team.

Who we are looking for:

We are in need of a motivated MarTech professional who understands the technical landscape of digital marketing today.  You will need to implement tech and marketing initiatives which will allow Autonomy to communicate with our community of 12K+ mobility professionals, expand our audience and generate new leads. You should not just be comfortable working with data, but truly love deciphering analytics and understanding data-based trends. You will be key in bridging gaps between the Marketing, Content and Sales teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and executing both inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns
  • Driving close alignment with sales on targets, campaigns, lead management processes
  • Understanding and integrating our marketing software into sales activities
  • Managing multiple analytics dashboards and reporting on trends in the data
  • Redesigning and constantly improving website UX and SEOs
  • Devising and managing Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns   
  • Reaching out to relevant media and press and developing media partnerships
  • Coordinating with our IT agency to ensure all Autonomy websites are running smoothly

Your General Profile:

  • You have 2+ years of B2B Digital Marketing experience
  •  You are a data nerd and proud of it
  • You can work autonomously (we are currently 100% Work from Home with the occasional social-distanced physical meeting)
  • You are either a native English speaker with fluency in French or a native French speaker with fluency in English.

You have a strong knowledge of:

  • Inbound marketing strategy and the sales lead funnel
  • Search engine optimization
  • Website optimization
  • Database management
  • Customer segmentation
  • Paid search
  • Social media
  • Email marketing
  •  Lead generation
  • Platform updates and website management

Tools you have a deep understanding of:

  • Hubspot
  • Google Analytics
  • Google AdWords  
  • Social Media (esp. LinkedIn & Twitter and their advertisement tools) 
  • Mailchimp (or other email marketing tool)
  • WordPress (or other similar CMS)
  •  Design software such as InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud/Photoshop

Would be great if:

  •  You are interested by urban mobility and sustainability
  • You have solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON, APIs and Javascript
  • You live in Paris or France
