Marketing and Research Manager – fluctuo

Data Analysis

The objective is to analyze the data produced by fluctuo to identify trends in the market for the shared mobility and/or one-off events (e.g. launching or stopping a service, etc.). This info is then shared exclusively with customers who subscribe to the City Dive service. In some cases, they can also be used to communicate to the community at large (cf. point B2B Communication).

Missions :

▪ Daily and weekly analysis of available data,
▪ Monitors social networks and professional sites,
▪ Interactions with service operators, journalists or public authorities to obtain additional information if necessary,
▪ Writing and publishing notes in City Dive (dashboard and premium newsletter)

B2B Communication

The objective is to develop the notoriety and legitimacy of fluctuo with prospective customers, media, etc. and public authorities.

Missions :

▪ Publication of information on social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter) / Frequency: 1 to 2 times a day
▪ Writing and publication of feature articles / Frequency: 1 to 2 times a month
▪ Writing and sending of the various newsletters
▪ Management of mailing lists (addition of contacts, cleaning, analysis of campaign performance)
▪ Website updates (https://fluctuo.com/, https://dive.fluctuo.com/, Barometer site…)
▪ Production of commercial documents (brochure, one-pager…)
▪ Organization of fluctuo presence at trade fairs and events (once this has restarted)

Realization of specific projects

The objective is to produce studies/reports (i) in response to a specific client request or (ii) published by fluctuo with the support of sponsors (e.g. Barometer)

▪ Data recovery (internal or external)
▪ Data analysis
▪ Elaboration of graphics and visuals
▪ Writing comments
▪ Layout (with the help of a design agency)
▪ Presentation to the client and/or distribution

Conditions

▪ Working language: English 70% / French 30% (especially in internal work relations)
▪ Workplace: Station F (Paris 13) / otherwise teleworking
▪ Remuneration: 38 K€ gross + BSPCE allocation
▪ Reporting: CEO (Julien Chamussy)
▪ Contract: CDI with a 4-month trial period (renewable once)
▪ Status: cadre
▪ Collective agreement: Syntec
▪ Advantages: sustainable mobility package (400 € per year)
